Can the customer just mount the cabinets to the wall and not use the legs?

This is the response you will give to the customer:

"Our cabinets are engineered well and built tough, but like anything, they have their limits. I’ve seen people stand on them while painting, and even one guy cranking on a long pipe and a breaker bar to loosen a bolt from something he had in a vice that was mounted to the countertop.”

The bottom line is, we don’t know how people use the cabinets, some people are hard on them, so for liability reasons we always recommend mounting the cabinets to the wall and using the legs we provide, just as it’s outlined in the instructions in order to maintain the warranty.
