How the "lucky dog" works

Lucky dog are all calls and hot leads that come in without being assigned to an owner. These normally go through Ale first before it's directed a designer. This is because a lot of the times customer call the customer service line or talk to Ale on chat, or simply email customer service.

• A lucky dog week is from Monday through Sunday. The lucky dog changes every Monday.
• All hot and warm leads with no owner will be assigned to whoever's lucky dog week it is.
• Currently, we have each week alternating between sales people.
• The leads will always be directed to the lucky dog unless they are gone for the entire day or for more than 2 hours in a day. If the designer is gone for the entire day, then all new leads will be assigned to the designer that will have lucky dog the following week. For example, if it's Designer1 lucky dog week but they are gone for an entire day, then all new leads for that day will go to the next Designer in line for Lucky Dog.
• If the designer is gone for less than 2 hours, the lucky person will still get the leads. If the designer is back in 2 hours or less then in the meantime that they are gone, We would tell the customer that the designer is not available but we can take down their information and have the designer call them when they are back.
