How to change the Owner of a Person or the Owner of a Deal in PipeDrive?

How to change the Owner of a Person

1. If the person does not have a deal simply change the owner of the person
2. If the person has a deal see below
3. When doing this change, write a note under the person as to why the owner is being changed. We always need an explanation of why things are happening.

How to change the Owner of a Deal

1. Go to the deal and Change the Owner
2. When doing this change, write a note under the person as to why the owner is being changed. We always need an explanation of why things are happening.

Explanation: When a Deal Owner is changed the automation in PipeDrive automatically changes the Person's Owner at the same time. Then Pie Sync synchronizes the contacts in PipeDrive and Infusionsoft so that the owners are the same and when automated emails are sent out they will be coming from the correct owner.

Note - the sync may take a minute or two to happen.
