How to quote shipping for replacement parts?

First, when shipping out replacements, we have 2 different options to ship the products.

When to consider shipping in the following categories:

FedEx Ground: If the package weighs less than 40 lbs. When shipping ground, it takes more time to package because it has to be secure enough to stand a 30 inch drop in case a FedEx employee drops it.
Saia Freight: If the package weighs more than 40 lbs and/or is bigger than 12 sqft, it ships freight.

To get a quote for ground, please contact hardware. To get a quote for Freight, please contact Dale.

Please provide customers full name, address and products that you will ship.

Provide them with a list of the parts that need to be shipped out so they can estimate the weight and package type.
