How to use FaceTime

First you call the number off of your regular cell phone (Do not use Justcall for this). Once the customer picks up, you will see the "Facetime option on your dialpad like shown in the video. You will tap on that to be connected using Facetime.

These options are great for when a customer needs help troubleshooting and you need to see the issue to be able to assist.
