Screen sharing Option For customers that want to share their garage during online consultation

If your customer wants to show you their garage while you do the online consultation with them, your best option would be teams. Click here to watch a video explaning how to use the software.

The livewebinar website is not the best way to do this because you and the customer cannot see both things at the same time. Only one screen can be shown at a time making it a not so good experience for the customer.

Please keep in mind that if you do the online consultation through teams, you will not be able to record the call so take very good notes.
