What is expected from the Sales Team

Here are a few points that every sales person should know:

• Everyone from the sales team is expected to start their work day no later than 9 a.m. There is no problem starting your work day before 9 a.m.,.If you are working from home and decide to start earlier than 9 A.M., please let Brian and Ale know. This will let Ale know that she should start transfering calls over to your line. There is plenty of flexibitly with work hours but it is important to "clock-in and out" by reporting to Brian and Ale. If you are working from home and need to step out of work for a doctors appointment or etc, make sure you let everyone know what time you will be leaving and what time you will be coming back. If you do not know what time you will be back, report to Brian and Ale when you are back online. This will give everyone an idea of when you are available.

• If you have to leave work to attend something personal, make sure you make up for the time after your normal work hours. Your weekly hours should be no less than 40 hours.
