What is the Deadline to include Add Ons to existing orders

Handiwall, Handiwall accessories and hardware can be added up to 2 days prior to the estimated ship date.

Dale is requesting you send him an email to let him know there is an order that needs to be processed to add to a pallet going out so he can prioritize it. If he does not know there is a specific add-on, it gets processed like a typical order.

Add-ons for cabinets cannot be added after it has been scheduled into a batch. This is subject to change if our lead times get out further and it makes more sense.

If you have an ‘easy’ add-on such as a filler, process it like normal and send Nate ([email protected]) an email. There have been times I can get something cut and add it to a pallet myself and just tell Dale to send it to invoicing. This may not always be a viable option but we can discuss it as they come up.
