What is the process for when a customer wants to pick up a crate at our shop?
When shipping department lets you know it is ready for pick up, you will let them know what day and then time they estimate to pickup so shipping can let the shop loader know. They will note the pickup time when ready and note to you to have them pull around to the south end of the building to the big garage door. there is a smaller door they can walk in and then ask for "Joe" EXAMPLE: Also say they're here to pickup "Nitti6152WS" or "order for "Nitti"
