What to do if there's a shipping issue

If you have a shipping issue with a customer you will need to gather the following information

  • PRO #
  • Customers name
  • Issue Explained

You will send all of this information via email to our FedEx Rep.

Generally, all you have to do is send the info to the REP and they handle it from there.
