What steps to take when a delivery address is questionable?

If you come across a shipping address that is questionable,

Some issues that may come across are:

• Customer lives on a dead end
• Driveway is uphill
• Driveway is not paved
• The street is a one way stree
• If there's a hard transitions from the street to the garage

Please use our "shipping accessibility" email template found in Pipedrive and email Rebecca ([email protected]) and CC Kim Mulae ([email protected]) & Dale ([email protected]). Rebecca works at the Rockford terminal and knows our crates; she will also have videos Dale took of our crates being loaded and unloaded successfully that she can use if needed at terminals that have not handled our crates yet.

Please add the customer NAME and GC number in the subject line to these emails so that if they do need to be forwarded to Dale, he can find it right away by searching the GC# and NAME if LinkEX is needed for delivery. You will forward these emails to Dale only if the shipping carrier can not provide a good solution for delivery.
