Working from Home (Performance based)

Paylocity still needs to be filled out before wanting to work from home each time. You must make sure that any work or if any other department needs something from you that it does not hold them up and that it is easy for them to get a hold of you and get back to that department quickly. Ale and I will always need to know when you are "out of office", if you are going to be away from your computer or phone during working hours for doctor appointments etc. We always want to keep the customers covered.

Recommended marks to hit to work from home. Unless Market shifts change for all sales then sales manager may readjust. These sales would be based on the average sales per month to be above each sales mark. This is at the discretion of the management to evaluate each person in relation to what is needed for sales. I will keep an eye on it to see what is working the best.
