What Happens After ‘Start Your Garage Design’ Form Is Submitted?
Once the initial form is completed, a person is added to Pipedrive and a deal is created in Pipedrive if they have a phone number.
They receive two emails from Infusionsoft, which will not show up on the Pipedrive person.
Email One: Welcome letter from lead owner.
Email Two: Two free garage design guides from Troy Greenberg.
Corporate Emails
This is the 6 email sequence that sends every 3rd weekday. This goes to all contacts regardless of where they are in the sales pipeline. These emails send from Infusionsoft and will not be visible in Pipedrive unless the contact replies to the email.
Sales Emails
This is a 7-part email sequence hat sends every 2nd weekday. These emails are sent from Pipedrive. They will only send if
- Contact has no phone and no deal
- Contact has deal in S2 - Contacting stage, or
- Contact has deal in Warm Leads stage
Once the deal is created in Pipedrive:
- Original owner is added to the person notes and synced with Infusionsoft. This prevents incase the owner somehow changes along the way.
- Person label and lead status field are automatically updated according to which deal stage they’re in.
- If a deal goes one week without updates, the deal is automatically moved to ‘Warm Leads’ stage.
- If a deal remains in ‘Warm Leads’ stage for more than one week, it is automatically moved to ‘Cold Leads’.
- If a deal remains in ‘Cold Leads’ for more than two months, the deal is automatically marked as lost.
- If contact owner or contact sends an email while the deal is in ‘Warm Leads’ or ‘Cold Leads’ stage, they will automatically be moved back to ‘S3B - Person Re-Engaged’ stage.
